Who is behind all of this freeze-dried goodness?!
Hey there! We are the Wilkinsons - Mike, Sarah, and our four spectacular children. We have lived in North Richland Hills, Texas for the past 4 years and we absolutely love it here! When we aren't working in the garden or packing freeze-dried treats, Mike works full time as a mechanical engineer while Sarah manages the household and the children's busy schedules.
We got into freeze-drying because we are passionate about sharing real food with our community, especially nutritious food grown in healthy, living soil with sustainable practices. Freeze-drying allows us to share the organic vegetables and herbs we grow with an insanely long shelf life while preserving up to 97% of the nutrients! But we also love sweet and unique treats (who doesn't?!), and that's where Freezy Peezy comes in! I bet you can guess which products our kids prefer to taste test ;)
