If you are looking to make freeze-dried candy yourself, but don't want an entire freeze-dryer, you can make them in a vacuum oven! Check out the "Freeze-Dried Candy" section on our Freeze-Drying page f(www.freezypeezyfoods.com/freezedrying)or more information.
