What is freeze-drying?

Can't I just put candy in the freezer and then into the dryer like Tik Tok said?

Unfortunately, no.  You can put candy in your freezer, then in the dryer, but it will not give you freeze-dried candy.

How much liquid nitrogen goes into each candy?

None, our freeze-drying process doesn't use liquid nitrogen at all.  That doesn't sound very appetizing.
